3Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Bb345 supports popular Bangladeshi mobile banking methods — Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket — for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in BDT.
- Minimum Deposit: BDT 200
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour.

- The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same person's name.

4Bonus & Promotion Policy

- The Welcome Bonus is available to first-time depositors only and may be claimed once per member.
- Withdrawing bonus balance typically requires meeting a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x.
- Each bonus has a set claim deadline; once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Bb345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance may be forfeited.
5Gaming Rules

7Account Closure and Suspension
Bb345 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
- Requests from law enforcement agencies or orders from a court of law.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
If an account is closed, bb345 will consider refunding any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses and provided no terms have been violated). However, balances may be forfeited if the closure is due to fraud or a breach of terms.

Any dispute between bb345 and a member will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, it will be settled through international arbitration.
